Returns & Cancellation Policy

Race Home Weekends

Race Home provides experience-based bookings with very limited availability. Each booking secures accommodation, food planning, transport, and partner commitments for a specific event and date.

For this reason, all bookings are subject to the cancellation terms below.

Cancellations by You

If you need to cancel your booking, the following terms apply:

  • More than 45 days before the event start date
    A 75% refund of the total booking cost will be issued.
    (25% is retained to cover non-recoverable planning and administration costs.)

  • 30–45 days before the event start date
    A 50% refund of the total booking cost will be issued.

  • Less than 30 days before the event start date
    No refund will be issued.

These terms apply regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Transfers

Place transfers are not guaranteed.

A transfer request may be considered only if:

  • The request is made at least 7 days before the event

  • The replacement guest meets all event requirements

  • All details are provided in advance

Race Home reserves the right to refuse transfers at its discretion. An administrative fee may apply.

Cancellations by Race Home

Race Home reserves the right to cancel an event if necessary due to factors such as (but not limited to):

  • Insufficient bookings

  • Accommodation availability issues

  • Safety concerns

  • Circumstances beyond our control

In this case:

  • A full refund of all payments made to Race Home will be issued

  • Race Home is not liable for any additional costs incurred by the guest, including race entry fees, travel, or third-party accommodation

Race Entry

Please note:

  • Race entry fees are not included in Race Home bookings

  • Race Home is not responsible for any changes, cancellations, or postponements made by race organisers

  • Any race entry refunds are subject solely to the race organiser’s policies

Illness, Injury, or Personal Circumstances

Race Home is unable to offer refunds for illness, injury, personal circumstances, or changes in availability outside of the cancellation terms above.

Guests are strongly advised to take out personal travel or event insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

Non-Attendance

Failure to attend a Race Home Weekend without prior written notice will result in forfeiture of the full booking amount, with no refund or transfer offered.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Returns & Cancellation Policy.
